Ready to meet your amazing sober self?
Concierge holistic sobriety coaching +
global sober companion service
for leaders and high performers
I walked through the fire.
My mission
is to inspire you to reclaim your joy, too.
Hi, I’m Veronica
I help leaders and high-performers who desire to quit alcohol or are newly sober confidently navigate early sobriety, stay the course, and tap into their inner strength, magic, and purpose.
I walked the path: Ivy League background, 16 years in fast-paced global finance, and 10 years of inner struggle with alcohol. After 4+ years of sobriety — which revolutionized my entire life — my mission is to inspire others to reclaim their joy, too.
I do this through custom, high-touch daily virtual coaching + in-person sober companion services. In addition, I weave in holistic and somatic practices for well-being, including: active transformational breathwork, guided meditation, and fitness mentorship.
Who You Are
DO ANY OF THESE RESONATE?
You’re a high-performing professional in finance or business, executive, entrepreneur, or creative.
You’ve followed the linear path — the degrees, the roles, the grind — and on paper, you’ve made it. But a part of you longs for more aliveness, more clarity, more joy.
Alcohol has been your escape hatch — a comforting release valve for stress, pressure, or emptiness.
You crave clarity, confidence, and freedom from alcohol — whether to stay sharp in your current role, or reinvent your life completely.
You desire to stop drinking or are sober-curious, but feel stuck on an endless cycle — your lifestyle revolves around alcohol.
You are newly sober, and struggling with early sobriety — triggers, habits, and cravings still rush in.
You are ready for peer-based support and daily accountability, from someone who has been in your shoes.
You want a custom, high-touch, deeply human experience — one guide, one client, daily support.
You’re drawn to holistic support: coaching + frameworks, open conversations, space to unmask, and wellness tools (breathwork, meditation, or movement).
You crave support that’s not clinical or programmatic — no labels, judgment, or shame — but deeply human.
Who I Am
I’m a peer sobriety coach and sober companion — not a clinician, but someone who’s been exactly where you are. I am vulnerable, authentic, and no-nonsense.
For 15 years, I lived a high-performing life in finance — NYC, London, Singapore, Dubai — while battling burnout, anxiety & a daily cycle with alcohol that started as escapism and ended in self-loathing.
On the outside, I had it all: Ivy League degrees, global roles, respected titles. Inside, I felt misaligned — a creative, entrepreneurial soul trapped in a life that looked right but didn’t feel true.
Sobriety completely transformed my life! Clarity returned — with endless ideas and inspiration! My voice came alive. My body and spirit finally exhaled. It gave me courage to take leaps I had never imagined possible.
Today, I guide others through this same passage — into lives that are clear, grounded, joyful, and real.
I now work globally as a sobriety coach, breathwork facilitator, poet, and adventure retreat founder.
I’ve reinvented every part of my life — and if you feel that longing, you can too.

Why Working with Me is Different
We focus on the joy, vibrancy, excitement, and magic of life in sobriety. Sobriety completely transformed my life into my dream life, and I desire the same for you!
I fundamentally believe: There is nothing wrong with you! Drinking is a coping mechanism for dealing with an insane world. We drank because the world led us to feel disconnected from our purpose, our soul, our true selves.
Our work together will help you reconnect with yourself, uncover your joy and authenticity — so you can create a life that's so amazing, you don't need to drink.
No shame, judgment, or dwelling on the past — focused on the present moment and tapping into infinite possibilities for the future.
Other recovery programs focus on shame, dwelling on the past, bonding with others over the terrible things you did when you drank. My non-judgmental approach focuses on the present moment and tapping into infinite possibilities for the future.
Residential programs require you to take time off work. We weave daily calls + texts into your real life.
12-step programs don’t work for everyone. I blend the best of daily support and human connection — but tailored to your life and circumstances.

FAQ
-
Sobriety coaching is structured, non-clinical support for people who want to stop drinking and build a life that supports sustained sobriety.
My work is specifically peer sobriety coaching, which means I bring both professional recovery coach training and lived experience walking the path of recovery myself. I am not supporting you from theory alone. I understand what it can feel like to be high-functioning on the outside while privately relying on alcohol or substances to manage pressure, exhaustion, anxiety, loneliness, or success.
Together, we work with what is actually happening in your day-to-day life: cravings, stress, routines, work pressure, travel, social situations, emotional patterns, decision fatigue, and the moments where alcohol has historically played a role.
This is not therapy, diagnosis, or a one-size-fits-all program. It is a private coaching container designed to help you create clarity, accountability, and forward movement as you reconnect with yourself and build a life that no longer requires alcohol as an escape hatch.

A sober companion is a private, in-person support professional who accompanies you in real life as you navigate sobriety.
This may include support at home, while traveling, during work obligations, at dinners, weddings, holidays, retreats, social events, or other environments where alcohol has historically been present. The work is grounded in presence, accountability, discretion, and practical support.
The purpose is not simply to “keep you from drinking.” It is to help you stay connected to your intention, build confidence in sober living, and move through real-world moments with more steadiness, clarity, and support by your side.
A sober companion is not a therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, detox provider, emergency service, or clinical treatment program. A sober companion is also not a babysitter, sponsor, or control mechanism. My work is not about forcing sobriety, monitoring you from a place of suspicion, or replacing your own agency.
This is professional, boundaried peer support. I bring lived recovery experience, formal recovery coach training, practical accountability, emotional steadiness, and real-world support — while remaining clear about the limits of non-clinical work.
When medical, psychiatric, detox, residential, or emergency care is needed, I will encourage the appropriate level of care.

Yes. My practice is globally mobile.
I am based between Mallorca, Spain and New York City, and I am available for select international engagements depending on timing, location, and fit.
My background is deeply international. I have lived and worked across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and the U.S., including New York City, Dubai, London, Singapore, Geneva, Morocco, Poland, Spain, Greece, and Indonesia. I have also traveled extensively across 65+ countries and hold dual U.S. and EU citizenship.
In my previous career, I spent 16 years working in international finance, including on the International Markets team at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where my work involved global markets, international policy, and engagement with investors, policymakers, economists, traders, and market participants across Asia and global conferences.
This global fluency matters in sober companion and concierge sobriety support. Clients may be navigating sobriety across cross-cultural contexts, multiple homes, demanding work obligations, business travel, family systems, events, or high-pressure environments where discretion, adaptability, and cultural awareness matter.
Availability varies by season, so global or travel-based engagements are discussed individually during the discovery process. For in-person sober companion work, I work with one client at a time so the support can remain private, focused, and fully present.
-
No. You do not need to already be sober before reaching out.
Many clients begin when they are still drinking, newly sober, returning to sobriety after a lapse, or feeling ready to make a serious change but unsure how to begin. What matters most is not perfect abstinence at the moment of inquiry. What matters is a genuine personal desire to move toward sobriety and a willingness to engage honestly in the process.
My work is sobriety-focused rather than moderation-focused. If you are specifically seeking moderation support, I may not be the right fit, and I would encourage you to work with someone whose approach is aligned with that goal.
-
This work is best suited for high-performing, self-aware adults who want serious, private, and personalized support in moving toward sobriety.
My clients are often professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, or people who appear successful on the outside but know alcohol is no longer supporting the life they want. They may not resonate with traditional recovery language, but they do want structure, accountability, discretion, and meaningful change.
This work is not the right fit for someone who is being forced into sobriety against their will, seeking moderation rather than sobriety, or requiring medical detox, residential treatment, emergency care, or acute psychiatric support. In those cases, a higher or different level of care may be more appropriate.
-
No. You do not have to identify as an alcoholic, addict, or any label to work with me. I also do not.
In my own journey, those labels did not feel like the doorway into healing. I was less interested in defining myself around what was “wrong” with me, and more interested in understanding the role alcohol had played in my life — and what kind of life I wanted to build instead.
My work is not about adopting a fixed identity around the problem. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the coping mechanisms and creating a life that feels clearer, freer, more authentic, and genuinely worth being present for.
My work is also not 12-step based. I respect that 12-step programs and sober communities help many people. If a client already has a 12-step practice or wants to include that as part of their support system, I can respect and support that choice.
But my work does not require meetings, sponsors, steps, labels, or powerlessness-based language. My approach is individualized, holistic, and focused on agency, clarity, emotional honesty, accountability, and building a life that feels aligned with sobriety.

I bring a rare combination of lived experience with recovery, a nearly two-decade career in global finance and high-pressure corporate roles, and a deep toolkit of holistic wellness practices for the mind, body, and spirit.
My work begins from the belief that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with you.
Alcohol may have become a coping mechanism, an escape hatch, a reward system, a social tool, or a way to manage pressure, loneliness, anxiety, success, or exhaustion. I understand this from the inside.
Before becoming a recovery coach, I spent 16 years in global finance — including many years navigating the pressures of a high-performing career while relying on alcohol and prescription stimulants as coping mechanisms. My own journey to sustained sobriety profoundly shapes the way I support clients today. I know what it is to appear successful on the outside while privately struggling, and I know the clarity, freedom, and self-trust that can emerge on the other side of that struggle.
Alongside practical sobriety tools, high-touch accountability, and my proprietary 22-part sobriety framework, I weave in holistic practices that support the whole person: guided meditation, conscious connected breathwork, nervous-system regulation, and movement/fitness.
As a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, and multi-sport athlete, I see sobriety not only as the removal of alcohol, but as a full-body return to clarity, vitality, and self-trust.
Instead of centering shame, pathology, or a fixed recovery identity, my work focuses on agency, joy, structure, emotional honesty, and reconnection to self. The goal is not just abstinence in isolation. The goal is to build a life that feels so aligned, alive, and supportive that alcohol no longer has the same pull.

Therapy and sobriety coaching can both be deeply valuable, but they serve different roles.
Therapy often focuses on emotional processing, trauma, diagnosis, mental health patterns, and deeper psychological work. Peer sobriety coaching is more present- and future-oriented. It focuses on practical support, accountability, daily choices, routines, triggers, goals, and real-life integration.
As a peer sobriety coach, I bring lived experience and professional recovery coach training — not clinical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat mental health conditions, provide psychotherapy, or replace clinical care.
My role is to support you in applying change inside your actual life: the workday, the evening, the trip, the dinner, the craving, the decision point.
Many clients work with a therapist alongside coaching. When appropriate, the two can complement each other beautifully.
-
Rehab and treatment can provide an important reset, especially when someone needs a structured clinical environment. But many people find that the hardest part begins when they return to ordinary life.
My work supports the transition from treatment concepts into real-world living.
Peer sobriety coaching can provide continued structure, accountability, and integration after rehab or outpatient care. Sober companion support can be especially useful during the early return home, travel, high-pressure events, family transitions, or environments where alcohol has historically been part of the pattern.
Because this is peer-based, non-clinical support, I am not replacing a treatment team. I am helping clients live the change — in the hours, environments, and decision points where sobriety has to become real.
This work can also support people who do not require residential treatment but want serious, private, high-touch support in building sobriety while continuing to live their lives.
My work is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatry, medical treatment, detox, residential treatment, emergency care, or crisis intervention. If someone is experiencing significant alcohol withdrawal risk, acute psychiatric distress, suicidal thoughts or behaviors, severe unmanaged mental health symptoms, active eating disorder instability, or any situation requiring immediate medical or clinical attention, a higher level of care is appropriate.
When needed, I can encourage clients to seek additional support and may share information about trusted treatment providers, therapists, psychiatrists, recovery organizations, sober companion agencies, or other qualified professionals. My role is not to provide clinical treatment or formal case management, but to help clients access appropriate support when coaching alone is not the right fit.
-
Support is customized, but the foundation is structured, consistent, and real-life oriented.
My 30-day virtual coaching container includes either structured calls every other day or a higher-touch daily-call option. Calls are typically up to one hour and may include coaching, mindset work, sobriety frameworks, practical tools, guided reflection, meditation, breathwork, or strategy around what is happening in your life that day.
Between calls, clients receive daily text and voice-note support during a private eight-hour window established around their schedule, time zone, and known high-pressure moments.
In-person sober companion support is more immersive and may include full-day, multi-day, overnight, live-in, travel, or event-based support depending on the engagement.
In every format, the goal is the same: sustained sobriety, real-life integration, and a life that feels increasingly clear, grounded, and worth being fully present for.
-
You will not be met with shame.
Cravings, difficult moments, and lapses can carry important information. If you have a lapse or return to drinking during our work together, the focus is not punishment, panic, or starting from zero. We look honestly at what happened, what needs may have been present beneath the behavior, and what support or structure may need to shift.
My approach is compassionate, but also accountable. The goal of our work is sustained sobriety — not as a punishment or restriction, but as the foundation for a life that feels joyful, grounded, and fully your own. My expectation is not perfection; my ask is willingness, honesty, and engagement in the process.
If repeated drinking or safety concerns suggest that coaching is no longer the right level of support on its own, we can reassess and discuss whether additional care or resources may be needed.
-
Yes. Confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism are central to my work.
Before becoming a sobriety coach and sober companion, I spent 16 years in finance, including 11 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and experience in high-net-worth private banking. I understand the importance of trust, discretion, ethics, and careful handling of sensitive personal information.
As a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, I also follow ethical standards around confidentiality, professional boundaries, and client wellbeing.
For high-profile, executive, public-facing, or privacy-sensitive clients, I am open to NDAs when appropriate. General exceptions may apply for immediate safety concerns, medical emergencies, or legal obligations.

I bring a rare combination of lived experience in recovery, professional recovery training, global finance background, academic rigor, holistic wellness training, and daily personal practice.
I am a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, with training through CCAR and Recovery Coach University. I also bring long-term lived experience in recovery built on a holistic wellbeing foundation. Before becoming a recovery coach, I spent many years navigating the pressures of high-performing careers while relying on alcohol and prescription stimulants as coping mechanisms. My own journey to sustained sobriety profoundly shapes the way I support clients today.
Professionally, I spent 16 years in global finance, including 11 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as well as experience in private banking, equity research, sales, trading, and macro financial markets. I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
I bring a holistic approach to recovery, using tools for the mind, body, and spirit in addition to coaching. This approach is rooted in my training and in a decade of daily personal practice in yoga, meditation, movement, fitness, breathwork, personal growth, and nature-based wellness. I am also a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher, and I integrate mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and practical sobriety tools into my work when appropriate.
This combination matters because I understand both the external demands of high-performing lives and the internal transformation required to sustain sobriety within them. My work bridges practical accountability, emotional depth, embodied wellbeing, and the real-world complexity of living alcohol-free in a full, ambitious life.
